During the hearing, we will hear from leaders within the PA-Poor People’s Campaign, representing organizations including the Coalition to Abolish Death By Incarceration (CADBI), ACT UP Philadelphia, Global Women’s Strike, Put People First! PA, Better Path Coalition, MarchOnHarrisburg, and others – and discuss how to get involved in the campaign’s statewide working groups.
We will also be inviting local politicians to LISTEN to us – those of us who are traditionally excluded from the electoral process in the country, they will learn from a new and unsettling force that is being organized throughout the country.
